I dont know why you would want to move Neal.
He plays for an extremely modest contract, and shoots the ball with more guts than 90% of the players in the league. He had one bad round in the playoffs (he was sick in that round and even missed the flight to Oklahoma, requiring intravenous hydration)
Hes not a great option at the point, but his shooting and modest price are too valuable to let go. Hes easily the best shooter on the team, better than Matt Bonner (who cant play in the postseason anyway)
A man gets the eye of a Tiger, but a Tiger gets the eye of a Manu.
