Are we having fun yet?
Some brief points about the first half:
Is anybody still questioning Parker’s mental toughness? Nuff said. Keep it up, Tony!
Is Jax in drugs or what? Played his role to perfection.
Neal showed some life. We may still need him in the 2nd half to help ward off any Thunder runs with a key three here and there. We could have a problem holding on without at least one young guy stepping up. Go Gary!
Need to see a little better 2nd half out of Timmy, Boris & KL, especially on the glass.
Great job team on taking care of the ball. Just THREE turnovers, and a plus FIVE.
Also, the defense was pretty good, including SEVEN steals.
I have three main concerns that we should be aware of heading into the 2nd half:
(1) Our shooting percentage, particularly from three, is not sustainable throughout the rest of the game.
(2) We are getting out-rebounded 20-16 on the defensive glass. That MUST pick up.
(3) Can we raise our defensive presence to an even higher level over the remaining 24 minutes. That could be HUGE.
OKC’s not going away. Maybe we can give a high number of chants on this thread for DEFENSE, and REBOUNDING!
